Dear Kathrina:

It is with gratitude that we send this letter of thanks for the excellent service you extended to us in the purchase of our new home and rental of the old one.

We want to commend you for locating the Holden Circle property with just a written description of our vision for a new home. We also want thank you on the diligence you demonstrated in finding the new realtor representing the Bank that had foreclosed on the property.  Due to your quick actions and advice on placing an acceptable offer, we were able to quickly get our bid in and receive first acceptance before other higher bids were received.

Your coordination with the bank’s realtor, our bank and Heritage Escrow facilitated an easy and fast closing.  Your skill-set goes way beyond that of a realtor.  Not only do you communicate well, you also engage all parties in a friendly cooperative way which gets things done.  You always followed up in a timely manner which eased the flow of massive paper work involved in real estate.

Warren and I have purchased several homes in the past 25 years.  The market is definitely a different arena today than in years past.  Your knowledge, experience and ability to handle this new market benefited us greatly.  We thank you for the savings you gained for us:  $8,000 in closing fees from the bank, $2,000 in fumigating fees from the bank, the extra $5,000 that Warren would have offered without your advice and most of all for finding us a property appraised by our bank for approximately $20,000 more than we paid for it.

This letter is a recommendation for Kathrina Vigil, our realtor.  After many months of searching for a home to rent, we called Coldwell Banker to inquire about a property we found on the internet.  The office connected us to Kathrina.  The property had rented already but Kathrina offered her assistance in any way she could.  I explained to her what we were looking for and she immediately searched for us.  Within an hour, she had e mailed us several listings and showed the properties of interest to us that week!  We are now in a nice rental home just in time for our new baby to arrive!

            Kathrina Vigil also helped us list our home for sale.  She has always returned our calls quickly and e mails us back promptly.  She has wonderful communication skills!  She put together a beautiful virtual tour of our home and had it on the web that night!  Her kind and fun spirit has made our first experience with a realtor a great one.
